Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing PawGuard. This policy explains how and when your order will arrive so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's local operations.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days. This can happen if a package is misplaced, delayed, or misrouted by the carrier, held in customs, or affected by circumstances outside our control — such as severe weather, carrier backlogs, or local disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these situations: the overwhelming majority of delayed packages are recovered and delivered within this window.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with a tracking number, you can track via ShopApp or via our website. You can track your package at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the first carrier scan to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us asap we will do our best to update the address before your package leaves our warehouse.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, please reach out to our support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received should be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery scan. Before contacting us, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, household members, or your building's reception
  • Checking any safe spots where couriers commonly leave packages
  • Contacting your local post office or carrier depot, as packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly before they physically arrive

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 1 day of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. 

Customs & Duties

For applicable international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
